Shipping policy

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from the time your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. During periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer in some cases.

Trackable Shipping
All orders are shipped with trackable shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily track your delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or fail to arrive.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unclaimed packages
If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, a fee may be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
